Susan has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on temporary staffing across the Food Production and Nursing sectors. Her industry knowledge and financial expertise help drive efficient operations and deliver high-quality staffing solutions to our clients.
Scott McCaul
Recruitment Consultant
Scott is a second generation McCaul, joining us in 2024. Previously qualified in level 3 engineering. Working in our Dungannon office Scott brings a wide range of skills and knowledge for the engineering sector. Alongside Scott also helps with any queries and recruiting in other industries such as production & manufacturing working with companies to provide permanent and temporary staff.
Chelsey Jardine
Recruitment Consultant
Chelsey joined FRC in 2024 as a recruitment consultant, bringing her experience across different industries. Based in our Portadown office, Chelsey is responsible for recruiting across all sectors of business. Additionally she handles all of the marketing for FRC, ensuring we maintain a strong presence in the industry. Alongside Chelsey also deals with any queries in recruitment.
Bobbie Patterson BSc, AssocCIPD
Junior Consultant
Bobbie recently graduated from ulster university with a first-class honor in Human Resource Management. Bobbie joined the team in May 2023 and will work alongside our clients to help with their HR and Recruitment needs.
